Recently, the "Intelligent Haidian, Women in Action" — 2025 Zhongguancun Women Entrepreneurs Innovation & Entrepreneurship Training Camp, co-hosted by the Peking University Entrepreneurship Training Camp and the Beijing Haidian Women Entrepreneurs Association, successfully concluded at the Institute of Cultural Industries of Peking University. As an important part of Haidian District's "Intelligent Haidian" Talent Theme Week, the camp gathered outstanding women representatives from technology, culture and innovation, aiming to stimulate the innovation potential and development momentum of women entrepreneurs through systematic courses, industry practice and cross-disciplinary exchange. Ms. Ting Yang, Vice President of Sointech and CEO of SOIN AI, participated as an invited camper, exploring frontier trends and practical paths of technology-empowered industries with guests from all walks of life.
I. Focusing on High-Efficiency Innovation, Co-Building the Women's Entrepreneurship Ecosystem
Themed "Focusing on High-Efficiency Innovation, Women Adding Color to New Development," the camp was guided by the Haidian District Talent Work Leading Group, hosted by the Haidian District Women's Federation, organized by the Haidian District Women Entrepreneurs Association, and co-organized by the Peking University Entrepreneurship Training Camp. At the opening ceremony, guests including Liu Lan, Party Group Secretary and Chairwoman of the Haidian Women's Federation; He Yinping, President of the Haidian Women Entrepreneurs Association; and Wang Jian, CEO of the PKU Entrepreneurship Training Camp, delivered speeches emphasizing the important role of women in science and technology in driving regional innovation and industrial upgrading, and expressing hope that systematic cultivation and ecosystem connections would help women entrepreneurs achieve greater breakthroughs in technological innovation.
As one representative of outstanding women entrepreneurs, Ting Yang said in exchanges with other campers: "It is a great honor to participate in such a high-level cross-disciplinary learning platform. Women entrepreneurs not only demonstrate resilience in technological breakthroughs, but also play a unique role in industrial integration, organizational building and social value creation. This camp provides us with a rare opportunity for reflection and co-creation."
II. Cross-Disciplinary Learning and Industry Practice: Exploring the Deep Fusion of AI and the Real Economy
Over several days of courses, the camp organized multiple special lectures and enterprise field visits around frontier fields such as digital cultural assets, the low-altitude economy, cross-border trade and artificial intelligence. In the discussion sessions, Ting Yang combined SOIN AI's practice in enterprise AI applications to share her thinking on how AI can deeply integrate with key scenarios of the real economy.
She noted that SOIN AI has always been committed to building deployable, evolvable agent applications for enterprises through its proprietary AWE engine (Agentic Workflow Engine). In manufacturing, the team works with a globally leading industrial software partner to build AI assistants for product design, helping engineers improve R&D efficiency and reduce engineering errors; in content generation, the team's CineVerse platform aims to provide enterprises and creators with one-stop AI video production support from script to final cut, promoting the popularization and efficiency of high-quality content creation. "We do not pursue isolated technological innovation — we want to turn AI into the 'intelligent foundation' of key enterprise business scenarios," Ting Yang said in the exchange. "Whether improving R&D efficiency in manufacturing or lowering the threshold of video content production, we hope to help customers achieve a genuine intelligent leap with solid industry understanding and reusable technical architecture."
III. Promoting Innovation Through Openness, Growing Together Through Exchange
This camp was not only a platform for learning and discussion, but also an opportunity for women entrepreneurs from different regions and industries to build deep connections. Ting Yang said that through interactions with outstanding entrepreneurs from Haidian and across the country, she is even more convinced: in an era of rapid AI evolution, open collaboration and cross-disciplinary fusion are important paths for technology and industry to advance together.
As a technology company focused on enterprise AI applications, SOIN AI will continue to uphold the philosophy of "technology serving scenarios," relying on its proprietary AWE engine and industry agent products to explore deep AI deployment in manufacturing, content ecosystems, education publishing and other fields with global customers and partners. The company looks forward to joining hands with more innovative organizations and industry forces to contribute professional, practical strength to the digitalization and intelligentization of China and the world.
