Smart Logistics Park Solutions
A logistics park, also called a logistics base, is a place where multiple logistics facilities and different types of logistics enterprises are centrally laid out in space — a specific area with a certain scale and comprehensive service functions.
In essence, a logistics park organizes logistics activities according to the principles of specialization and scale. Business entities within the park share relevant infrastructure and supporting service facilities, bringing overall and complementary advantages, thereby achieving intensive, large-scale logistics agglomeration effects and promoting the sustainable development of the host city.
A logistics park includes eight functions: comprehensive functions, intensive functions, information trading, centralized warehousing, distribution and processing, multimodal transport, auxiliary services, and parking.
Park Operations Management System Functions
Entry Management
Provides remote entry applications for trucks planning to enter the park and personnel handling business. Entry plans are dynamically planned and approved based on the busyness of the requested business and available park resources. First-time visitors complete online safety and policy learning and an exam; only those who pass may enter the park to handle business.
Park Operation Management
Uses AI to automatically identify people and vehicles entering designated areas, intelligently scheduling vehicle queuing, loading/unloading tools, and allocation and use of personnel and berths, maximizing the use of limited resources. For vehicles leaving the park, it ensures consistency of cargo, vehicle and driver to prevent abnormal events.
Visitor Management
Provides visitors with precise itinerary planning, path tracking and guidance services, reducing wasted travel time while avoiding hazardous materials storage areas to ensure personal safety.
Personnel Management
Provides periodic safety management and park policy training for permanent park personnel, continuously tracks each person's assigned activity range, and promptly alarms and blocks entry into prohibited areas.
Smart Park IoT Sensing System
Uses IoT technology to automate, intelligentize and digitalize park business and management, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
People
Establishes personnel-oriented electronic fences for specific areas (hazardous materials warehouses, loading/unloading areas, etc.). Using video analytics, infrared tracking and wireless positioning, it monitors people without entry permission, violating operating rules or overstaying, and immediately alarms on violations of safety procedures to eliminate hidden dangers.
Vehicles
Uses a park-wide electronic map, vehicle tracking and driver positioning to track vehicles entering the park in real time. The vehicle guidance system guides vehicles along predetermined routes to designated areas in real time; when a vehicle deviates from its route or is stranded en route, the system notifies staff for timely handling.
Environment
Environmental monitoring systems are installed in warehouses, stockyards, cold storage and hazardous goods warehouses of the logistics park. Temperature, humidity, smoke and infrared sensors monitor the environment of cargo storage areas in real time; together with voice, camera and lighting equipment, environmental monitoring and alarm closed-loop handling is achieved.
Cargo
Warehousing in/out, transshipment, loading/unloading and weighing of cargo within the park are all automatically measured and paperless.
